After 20 years in the fashion industry, we pride ourselves by taking on projects which would benefit from our design led expertise and only take on jobs we feel passionate about. Our main objective when taking on a new project is to ensure that we enhance the property and make the most of light and flow ensuring we maximize the flexibility of the space. Each project is developed so that the occupiers feel comfortable within their surroundings and the house feels intuitive.

The Team
Lucy and Kate work as a team. Lucy ran a very successful fashion distribution company and multi-brand showroom in London for over 20 years and was listed in The Sunday Times Fastest Growing 100 businesses in the UK for 2 consecutive years in 2007 and 2008. Originally from Canada, Lucy has been in the UK since 1986.
Lucy Wernick
Lucy ran a very successful fashion distribution company and multi-brand showroom in London for over 20 years and was listed in The Sunday Times Fastest Growing 100 businesses in the UK for 2 consecutive years in 2007 and 2008. Originally from Canada, Lucy has been in the UK since 1986. After closing the doors to the fashion business in July 2020, a new business opened with the main focus being buying and renovating homes. The company offer their services to private homeowners who need help coordinating their renovations.
Kate Cheney
Kate always worked with Lucy in the fashion industry, but her true passions are home renovations and horses. Kate was a true Daddy’s girl and spent many summers with her dad on projects where he was employed as a master renovator and decorator. It was during this time that Kate developed her love and knowledge of property renovation. Over the last 20 years she has bought 4 homes, renovated them and sold them for a lovely profit. Kate has amazing vision and can see how to turn a complete wreck into a stunning home.
